Short and honest: what we do with your details.

Capacix is a small consultancy. This website exists to show what we do and to give you a way to reach us. We collect nothing beyond that.

What we receive when you use the form

Your name, your email address, the organisation if you fill it in, your message, the chosen subject, the time and the IP address it was sent from. The last one is in the email so we can recognise abuse.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and, if you want, to schedule a conversation. Not for newsletters, not for profiling, and we pass on or sell nothing.

How long we keep it

Your message arrives as an email and stays in that mailbox for as long as the conversation runs. After that we delete it, unless an assignment follows and we need it as part of that file.

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies. We measure visitor statistics with Umami, an analytics tool that runs on our own server and records no personal data: no cookies, no profiles, and IP addresses are not stored. The fonts and the form run on our own server too, so nothing goes to a third party.

Security

The connection to this site is encrypted. The form has a robot check and a limit per address, so it cannot be abused as a spam channel. The robot check is a small calculation your browser solves and our own server verifies. There is no external captcha and nothing about you is shared.

Your rights

You can always ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. One email to info@capacix.eu is enough.
